Edward Jones was a client I worked with often at The Arland Group. Our work focused on recruitment marketing. Edward Jones has an established brand. It's clean. Its professional. When attracting talent to hire, we wanted to attract buttoned-up, professional individuals. Individuals who are self-driven and enjoy being master of their own business.
As the campaign focuses shifted, this professionalism was a constant. Sometimes we wanted to reach a diverse crowd. Sometimes we wanted to promote the work/life balance Edward Jones has to offer. One of my favorite campaigns targeted individuals who endured long commutes by train or bus. We created posters to hang in terminals, explaining that by working with Edward Jones, you could have an office right in your own neighborhood.
